Welcome to Vint Studios. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vintstudios.com and any purchases, content, features, products, and services made available through it.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Vint Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States, with its place of business at 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
SECTION 15 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with Vint Studios. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
Individuals under 18 may use our website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
Our website is provided for personal, non-commercial use, including browsing our collections, purchasing products, accessing information about our brand, and interacting with our content.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Vint Studios name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION, COLORS, AND MEASUREMENTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their characteristics as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, screen technology, and lighting conditions, and slight differences between the colors shown on your screen and the physical product may occur.
Product measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Measurements published on our product pages are approximate and subject to normal production tolerance.
5. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT TO US
Vint Studios may provide opportunities for customers to submit, upload, publish, tag, or otherwise share content related to our brand or products, including photographs, videos, reviews, comments, and feedback.
By submitting content to us, publicly tagging Vint Studios, or using a hashtag designated by Vint Studios in connection with our products, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to that content, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that any identifiable individuals appearing in it have consented to its use.
You grant Vint Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes including our website, social media channels, marketing, advertising, paid media campaigns, and promotional materials, with or without attribution.
You are not entitled to compensation for the use of content submitted under this section. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
If you wish to have your content removed from our active channels, contact us at companyvint@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to do so, although content already distributed through paid media or third-party platforms may not be fully retrievable.
6. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activities carried out through your account.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

8. ORDERS AND PURCHASES
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
All orders are subject to availability, payment verification, fraud prevention review, and acceptance by Vint Studios. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized transactions, quantities that suggest resale, or violations of these Terms.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
9. PRICING AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information, even after an order has been confirmed. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
10. PAYMENT AND CHARGEBACKS
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, through our authorized payment providers.
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us at companyvint@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues, including delays, damaged items, and incorrect orders, are resolved directly and more quickly through our support team.
Initiating a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, or that falls outside the conditions of our Return and Refund Policy, may result in the suspension of your ability to place future orders with Vint Studios.
We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or unfounded chargebacks and to provide payment processors with transaction records, delivery confirmation, and communication history in support of our position.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may contain integrations, links, applications, payment services, or other features operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or operation of independent third-party websites and services. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VINT STUDIOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY ORDER OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vint Studios LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, your infringement of the rights of any third party, or content you submit to us.
15. GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at companyvint@gmail.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
BINDING ARBITRATION. IF A DISPUTE CANNOT BE RESOLVED INFORMALLY, YOU AND VINT STUDIOS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR PURCHASE, OR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, ADMINISTERED IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RATHER THAN IN COURT. THIS MEANS THAT YOU AND VINT STUDIOS ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND VINT STUDIOS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Consumer rights. If you reside in a jurisdiction whose law does not permit the enforcement of the arbitration provision or the class action waiver above, those provisions do not apply to you, and the remainder of these Terms continues in full effect.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Vint Studios is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, customs actions, changes in law or tariff policy, pandemics, and failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
17. OTHER VINT STUDIOS POLICIES
Your use of our website and your purchases are also governed by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, each available on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
18. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vint Studios regarding your use of our website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
